About

I am a Postdoctoral Research Scientist at Columbia University Irving Medical Center in the Menon Lab, Center for Translational and Computational Neuroimmunology.

My work focuses on the single-nucleus genomics of Alzheimer's disease and cognitive resilience. I am interested in how molecular changes within individual cells relate to the broader breakdown โ€” and preservation โ€” of cognitive function across the aging brain, and in bridging network-level and cellular-level accounts of brain aging.

I completed my PhD in Cognition and Neuroscience at the University of Texas at Dallas. I was born and raised in Urbana, IL, and attended the University of Illinois, where I majored in Molecular/Cellular Biology and minored in Computer Science.
