Ongoing Work
Cellular heterogeneity across individuals and relevance to disease
This is where I lay out the importance of understanding individual differences in health and disease, and how these differences can give rise heterogenous responses to pathology, including disease subtypes as well as resilience.
Understanding cell identity and state traversal in health and disease
This is where I write a compelling statement about the important of cell identity, and how in addition to its medical importance and insight into human heterogeneity, it also touches on interesting philosophical ideas about identity that parallel those relevant to speciation.
Past Work
Brain network aging across species
This is where I discuss my dissertation work, building on human network aging research to establish commonalitites and divergences in network organization and aging across species.
